  • Project information — the details you share about your project, your suburb or area, and any photos or plans you upload or send us.
  • Website information — like most websites, our server may automatically record limited technical data (such as your browser type and approximate location) in standard logs. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, and, when running Facebook/Instagram advertising, we may use Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the performance of that advertising.

How we use your information

We use your information only to:

  • respond to your enquiry and provide you with a quote;
  • carry out and manage the work you engage us for;
  • communicate with you about your project;
  • keep records for our legitimate business purposes.

We will not use your information for anything else without your consent.

Sharing your information

We never sell your information, and we don’t share it for marketing. We may share it only where necessary to run our business or provide our services — for example with trusted service providers who help us operate (such as our website, form, email or hosting providers) — and where the law requires it. Any provider we use is expected to protect your information.

Photos you send us

Photos of your space help us quote accurately. We will not publish any photo of your home or project publicly (for example on our website, Google or social media) without asking you first.

How we store and protect your information

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and to prevent unauthorised access, use or disclosure. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you; and
  • request a correction if it is wrong.
