With more than 250 square metres of large-format porcelain flowing through the living spaces — plus four fully tiled luxury bathrooms — the project demanded careful setting-out, technical precision and consistent craftsmanship from the first tile to the last.

250 Square Metres, One Seamless Floor

Large-format tiles create an elegant sense of space, but over an area this size there is nowhere to hide: every joint has to stay true, every transition has to sit flush, and the floor has to remain perfectly level from room to room. Our team set the floor out so grout lines run unbroken through the open-plan living areas, kitchen, hallways, mud room and laundry — a clean, contemporary finish that carries the home’s architecture.

Four Luxury Bathrooms

Alongside the floors, we completed four luxury bathrooms — certified waterproofing, wall tiling, custom fully tiled showers with linear drains and tiled benches, and premium finishing throughout. Each wet area was sealed and cured before tiling began, so what you see is beautiful and built to last.

The Scope of Work

On a project of this scale, consistency is the real test of a tiler. Our scope included:

• Epoxy grouting — harder-wearing, stain-resistant joints that stay crisp for years.
