• Three entrance foyers: durable stone-look porcelain set out for clean lines, with recessed matwells and tidy junctions.
• Six commercial bathrooms: wall and floor tiling to commercial standards across the shared bathrooms.
• Three staff kitchens: hard-wearing, easy-care tiled floors.
• Tile-to-carpet transitions: flush junctions where the tiled shared areas meet the carpeted offices.
• Commercial-grade installation: adhesives, grouts and detailing chosen for heavy foot traffic and a long service life.

Working In With the Main Contractor

On a commercial programme, a tiler who slips is a tiler who holds up handover. We worked alongside the main contractor, coordinated with the other trades, kept the site tidy and handed over each area in sequence, so the project stayed on schedule.

The tiles came from Tile Warehouse. We laid them with durability in mind: flush tile-to-carpet transitions, tidy junctions and surfaces that will take years of daily foot traffic.
